relating to game and fish; modifying provisions for nonresident active duty military
to obtain license to take fish; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 97A.465,
subdivisions 2, 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 97A.465, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

A nonresident

United States armed forces, including the National Guard or other military reserves,

Sec. 2.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 97A.465, subdivision 3, is amended to read:
