A bill for an act
relating to public health; allowing municipalities to enact an ordinance
authorizing dogs to accompany persons patronizing outdoor areas of food and
beverage service establishments; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 157.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS.

section 414.011, subdivision 2, may adopt an ordinance to permit dogs to accompany
persons patronizing outdoor areas of food and beverage service establishments.
