  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             family services collaborative. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $200,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of children, families, and learning for the 
  1.8   biennium ending June 30, 2001, for a grant to the Carlton county 
  1.9   children and family services collaborative to be used as credits 
  1.10  for families to participate in early childhood programs.
