  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to agriculture; exempting certain food sales 
  1.3             from licensing requirements; amending Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes 1994, section 28A.15, by adding a subdivision.
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 28A.15, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 9.  Persons having gross sales of less than $5,000 
  1.9   for the previous license or fiscal year and selling foods 
  1.10  prepared in a domestic kitchen. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
