A bill for an act
relating to commerce; alcohol sales; defining a "person of questionable character"
to include any person whose driver's license restricts the person from consuming
any alcohol at any time.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin For purposes of Minnesota Rules, part 7515.0590, the term "person of questionable
character" includes any person whose driver's license contains the restriction that the
person may not drink alcohol at any time.

serving or provision of alcohol on or after that date.
