  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to the housing finance agency; appropriating 
  1.3             money for the community rehabilitation program and the 
  1.4             affordable rental investment fund. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY; APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [COMMUNITY REHABILITATION 
  1.8   PROGRAM.] $1,471,750 is appropriated from the general fund for 
  1.9   transfer to the housing development fund for the community 
  1.10  rehabilitation program, under Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.11  462A.206, to replace community rehabilitation program funds used 
  1.12  by the agency for flood relief.  This is a one-time 
  1.13  appropriation and is not added to the agency's permanent budget 
  1.14  base. 
  1.15     Subd. 2.  [AFFORDABLE RENTAL INVESTMENT FUND.] $3,621,750 
  1.16  is appropriated from the general fund for transfer to the 
  1.17  housing development fund for the affordable rental investment 
  1.18  fund program, under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.21, 
  1.19  subdivision 8b, to replace affordable rental investment fund 
  1.20  program funds used by the agency for flood relief.  This is a 
  1.21  one-time appropriation and is not added to the agency's 
  1.22  permanent budget base.
