  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the Wolverton city creek restoration project. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $67,600 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of 
  1.8   Wolverton for the Wolverton city creek restoration project.  The 
  1.9   appropriation is available for the biennium ending June 30, 2001.
