  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LEASE LEVY; MOUNDS VIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding the lease levy restrictions in Minnesota 
  1.8   Statutes, section 126C.40, subdivision 1, Independent School 
  1.9   District No. 621, Mounds View, may levy up to $200,000 per year 
  1.10  for ten years for the purpose of making its payments to Ramsey 
  1.11  County for the school district's portion of the Ramsey County 
  1.12  maintenance facility located in Arden Hills. 
  1.13     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective for taxes 
  1.14  payable in 2005.
