  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money for 
  1.3             surveying public trails and park facilities for 
  1.4             accessibility to persons with disabilities. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $100,000 in fiscal year 2000 and $100,000 in fiscal year 
  1.8   2001 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.9   of natural resources to provide assistance for surveying trails 
  1.10  and facilities for accessibility to persons with disabilities in 
  1.11  parks receiving state support.  The appropriation is available 
  1.12  until expended.
