  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; MOUNDS VIEW INTERCONNECTIVE 
  1.7   PATHWAY.] 
  1.8      $50,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.9   year 2002 to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant 
  1.10  to the city of Mounds View for an interconnective pathway system 
  1.11  to connect the city of Mounds View to Rice creek.
