A bill for an act
 relating to veterans; designating a name for the state veterans cemetery at
Camp Ripley; amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 197.236, by adding a
subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 197.236, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

veterans cemetery located at Camp Ripley to be known as the Alcuin G. Loehr Minnesota
State Veterans Cemetery.
