  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $125,000 in fiscal year 2000 and $125,000 in fiscal year 
  1.7   2001 are appropriated to the attorney general for a grant to the 
  1.8   DARE advisory council.
