  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [BELGRADE-BROOTEN-ELROSA; FUND TRANSFER.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912 and 
  1.8   121.9121, on June 30, 1997, independent school district No. 
  1.9   2364, Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa, may permanently transfer up to 
  1.10  $250,000 from its bus purchase account to its general fund.
