  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $400,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the department of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for a capital planning grant to independent school 
  1.10  district No. 112, Chaska, as fiscal agent for the eastern Carver 
  1.11  community collaborative project.
