  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; authorizing a levy for 
  1.3             Independent School District No. 2859, Glencoe-Silver 
  1.4             Lake. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LEVY; GLENCOE-SILVER LAKE.] 
  1.7      For taxes payable in 2005 only, Independent School District 
  1.8   No. 2859, Glencoe-Silver Lake, may levy an amount up to $81,276.
  1.9   Of that amount, $63,850 is for recovering the cost of replacing 
  1.10  a gymnasium floor at Lakeside Elementary School resulting from 
  1.11  storm damage and $17,426 is for recovering the cost of the 
  1.12  Lincoln Junior High School water service line and associated 
  1.13  work. 
  1.14     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective for taxes 
  1.15  payable in 2005.
