  1.2             relating to education; authorizing a levy for 
  1.3             Independent School District No. 256, Red Wing. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [LEVY; RED WING.] 
  1.6      For taxes payable in 2005 only, Independent School District 
  1.7   No. 256, Red Wing, may levy an amount up to $203,225 for the 
  1.8   construction deficit for building the community ice arena. 
  1.9      [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective for revenue for 
  1.10  fiscal year 2005.
