A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; amending schedule of state payments for operating
assistance to greater Minnesota transit providers; amending Minnesota Statutes
2008, section 174.24, subdivision 5.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 174.24, subdivision 5, is amended to read:


Subd. 5.

Method of payment, operating assistance.

operating assistance under this section must be made in the following manner:
