  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to vocational rehabilitation; authorizing 
  1.3             additional funding for employment support services for 
  1.4             persons with mental illness; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS; EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICES.] 
  1.7      $500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of economic security, for the biennium ending June 
  1.9   30, 1999, for employment support services authorized by 
  1.10  Minnesota Statutes, section 268A.13.  This appropriation is the 
  1.11  base level funding for these services.
