  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to housing; appropriating money for 
  1.3             innovative and inclusionary housing programs. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      (a) $....... in fiscal year 2002 is appropriated to the 
  1.7   housing finance agency from the general fund for transfer to the 
  1.8   housing development fund for the innovative and inclusionary 
  1.9   housing program under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.2093. 
  1.10     (b) $....... in fiscal year 2002 is appropriated to the 
  1.11  housing finance agency from the general fund for transfer to the 
  1.12  metropolitan council for deposit in the inclusionary housing 
  1.13  account under Minnesota Statutes, section 473.255.
