relating to taxation; local government aid; decertification of Big Fork.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin CITY OF BIG FORK; LOCAL GOVERNMENT AID.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 477A.017, the city of Big Fork must
receive its local government aid distribution for 2011 as calculated pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 2011 Supplement, section 477A.013, subdivision 11. The commissioner of
revenue shall make payment to Big Fork no later than June 30, 2012.
