A bill for an act
 relating to natural resources; modifying water skiing and other watercraft towing
hours; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 86B.315, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 86B.315, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

Night skiing or towing prohibited.

A person may not be towed or operate
a watercraft towing a person on water skis, an aquaplane, a surfboard, a saucer, or another
device on waters of this state from deleted text begin one hour afterdeleted text end sunset to sunrise of the following day.
