  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to economic development; providing for a 
  1.3             grant to Martin county for a wastewater treatment 
  1.4             project by the Fox Lake improvement district; 
  1.5             appropriating money. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $125,000 is appropriated from the general fund to Martin 
  1.9   county as fiscal agent for the Fox Lake improvement district to 
  1.10  design, construct, replace, expand, and equip sewers, water 
  1.11  mains, lift stations, and package pumping stations for the east 
  1.12  end of Fox lake with connections to wastewater treatment 
  1.13  facilities in the city of Welcome.
