  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money for 
  1.3             Asian-American juvenile crime intervention and 
  1.4             prevention.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; ASIAN-AMERICAN JUVENILE CRIME 
  1.7   INTERVENTION AND PREVENTION.] 
  1.8      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of human services to fund the grant program under 
  1.10  Minnesota Statutes, section 256.486, for the biennium ending 
  1.11  June 30, 2001.  This appropriation is available until expended.
