A bill for an act
relating to public safety; specifying that driving while impaired constitutes a
breach of the peace for purposes of the Constitution; proposing coding for new
law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 169A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

purposes of the Minnesota Constitution, article IV, section 10.
