  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the environment; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the repayment of wastewater treatment loans made to 
  1.4             the city of Cambridge for wastewater treatment 
  1.5             attributable to the wild and scenic river designation 
  1.6             of the Rum river. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.9      $2,388,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1998 from the 
  1.10  general fund to the public facilities authority for repayment of 
  1.11  the portion of the principal of the wastewater treatment loan to 
  1.12  the city of Cambridge for the increased cost of wastewater 
  1.13  treatment attributable to the designation of the Rum river as a 
  1.14  wild and scenic river.
