BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CITY OF BOVEY; LOCAL GOVERNMENT AID.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 477A.017, the city of Bovey must
receive its local government aid distribution for 2011 as calculated pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 2011 Supplement, section 477A.013, subdivision 11. The commissioner of
revenue shall make payment to Bovey no later than June 30, 2012.
