BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TARGETED HOME VISITING SERVICES FOR
HIGH-RISK POPULATIONS.

$....... in fiscal year 2018 and $....... in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the general
fund to the commissioner of health for community-led targeted home visiting services for
families living in poverty, targeting first-time mothers and high-risk families with children
prenatal through age five.
