  1.2             relating to waters; appropriating money for erosion 
  1.3             and sediment control and water quality cost share 
  1.4             grants. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2000 and $2,000,000 in fiscal 
  1.8   year 2001 is appropriated from the general fund to the board of 
  1.9   water and soil resources for grants to soil and water 
  1.10  conservation districts for cost-sharing contracts under 
  1.11  Minnesota Statutes, section 103C.501.  This appropriation is 
  1.12  available until expended.
