  1.2             relating to education finance; authorizing a fund 
  1.3             transfer for Independent School District No. 771, 
  1.4             Chokio-Alberta. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; CHOKIO-ALBERTA.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 
  1.8   123B.80, on June 30, 2004, Independent School District No. 771, 
  1.9   Chokio-Alberta, may permanently transfer up to $150,000 from its 
  1.10  reserved operating capital account in its general fund to the 
  1.11  undesignated fund balance. 
  1.12     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.13  following final enactment.
