  1.3             district No. 671, Hills-Beaver Creek, to start the 
  1.4             school year before Labor Day. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LABOR DAY START; HILLS-BEAVER CREEK.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 120A.40, for 
  1.8   the 2001-2002 school year only, independent school district No. 
  1.9   671, Hills-Beaver Creek, may start the school year on any day 
  1.10  before Labor Day.
