BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Meetings involving the Department of Natural Resources, Ojibwe bands, and the
Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission regarding 1837 treaty rights are subject
to the open meeting requirements under chapter 13D.
