relating to housing, providing additional funding for the homeownership
education, counseling, and training program, appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,000,000 for the 2008 and 2009 biennium is appropriated from the general fund
to the commissioner of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for the homeownership
education, counseling, and training program under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.209.
This appropriation is added to the agency's base budget.
