  1.2             relating to energy; delaying the repeal of the energy 
  1.3             conservation efficiency program in state-owned 
  1.4             buildings; amending Laws 1991, chapter 235, article 5, 
  1.5             section 3. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Laws 1991, chapter 235, article 5, section 3, 
  1.8   is amended to read: 
  1.9      Sec. 3.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.10     Section 1, subdivision 2, is repealed effective July 1, 
  1.11  1995 2000.
