relating to commerce; prohibiting the sale of consumer products banned by the
Consumer Products Safety Commission; imposing penalties; proposing coding
for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 325F.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin No person shall manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer
for sale in this state any consumer product contrary to any order of the Consumer Product
Safety Commission under United States Code, title 15, section 2051, et seq.
