  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the neighborhood land trust program.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $100,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of the Minnesota housing finance agency for the 
  1.8   neighborhood land trust program under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.9   sections 462A.30 and 462A.31.  The appropriation is available 
  1.10  for the biennium ending June 30, 1999.
