A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; requiring availability
of camping facilities in Beaver Creek Valley State
Park; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section
85.052, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 85.052, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

new text begin All
camping facilities in Beaver Creek Valley State Park, including
camper cabins, water in day-use and campground areas, flush
toilet and shower facilities, and the dump station, must be
available for use during the spring turkey hunting season and
the fall firearm deer hunting season.
