relating to human services; expanding an American Indian child welfare project;
appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services
for the biennium beginning July 1, 2007, for purposes of expanding the American Indian
child welfare project under Minnesota Statutes, section 256.01, subdivision 14b, to include
the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians Tribe, provided the tribe meets the criteria in
Minnesota Statutes, section 256.01, subdivision 14b.
