  1.2             relating to educational facilities; making certain 
  1.3             construction, remodeling, and improvements a project; 
  1.4             amending Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 121.15, by 
  1.5             adding a subdivision. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 121.15, is 
  1.8   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 1a.  [PROJECT.] The construction, remodeling, or 
  1.10  improvement of a building or site of an educational facility at 
  1.11  an estimated cost exceeding $100,000 is a project under section 
  1.12  177.42, subdivision 2.
