  1.3             provision; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 
  1.4             145.413, subdivision 1. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 145.413, subdivision 1, is 
  1.8   repealed.  Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 14.05, 
  1.9   repeal of section 145.413, subdivision 1, does not repeal rules 
  1.10  adopted under that subdivision.
