A bill for an act
relating to water; modifying groundwater appropriation permit requirements;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 103G.287, subdivision 2.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 103G.287, subdivision 2, is amended to
read:
Subd. 2.
Relationship to surface water resources.
Groundwater appropriations
that will have new text begin substantial new text end negative impacts to surface waters new text begin that can be proven new text end are subject
to applicable provisions in section 103G.285.
