  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to housing; appropriating money for housing 
  1.3             for people with HIV/AIDS. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $125,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of the Minnesota housing finance agency to provide 
  1.8   housing for people with HIV or AIDS outside of the metropolitan 
  1.9   statistical area.  The appropriation is available for the 
  1.10  biennium ending June 30, 1999.
