 relating to public safety; appropriating money for the Juvenile Delinquent
Alternatives Initiative in Ramsey County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $600,000 in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the general fund to the Ramsey
County Community Corrections Department to develop and increase capacity for juvenile
detention alternatives in the juvenile justice system in Ramsey County.
