  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money for an 
  1.3             independent living skills training program for persons 
  1.4             with epilepsy. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $230,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of human services for each year of the biennium 
  1.9   beginning July 1, 1999, for grants to provide training in 
  1.10  independent living skills to adults with epilepsy.  This 
  1.11  appropriation shall become part of base level funding for the 
  1.12  commissioner.
