relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to Resource,
Inc.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$500,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
workforce development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development
for a grant to Resource, Inc. to provide low-income individuals career education and job
skills training that are fully integrated with chemical and mental health services.
