1.3 vehicles more than 20 years old to be designated as
1.4 classic cars; creating an advisory committee on
1.5 classic car designation; amending Minnesota Statutes
  1.6 2002, section 168.10, subdivision 1b.
1.7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
  1.8 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 168.10,

1.14 (3) is designated by the registrar of motor vehicles as a
1.15 classic car because of its fine design, high engineering

1.17 operated solely as a collector's item shall be listed for
1.18 taxation and registration as follows: An affidavit shall be
