relating to transportation; appropriating money for highway-rail grade crossing
separation in Coon Rapids.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin HIGHWAY-RAIL GRADE CROSSING SEPARATION;
APPROPRIATION.

$17,000,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to Anoka County for environmental analysis, design, engineering,
and construction of a rail grade crossing separation at Anoka County State-Aid Highway
11, known as Foley Boulevard, in Coon Rapids.
