BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 168B.011, subdivision 12, is amended to
read:


Subd. 12.

Public impound lot.

"Public impound lot" means an impound lot owned
by deleted text begin or contracting withdeleted text end a unit of government under section 168B.09.
