  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; authorizing funding for an 
  1.3             occupational skills instructor; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS INSTRUCTOR.] 
  1.6      The following sums are appropriated from the general fund 
  1.7   to the department of children, families, and learning in the 
  1.8   fiscal years designated for funding the salary and benefit costs 
  1.9   of an occupational skills program instructor at the Central 
  1.10  Lakes College, Brainerd Campus, who instructs people with 
  1.11  disabilities: 
  1.12       $   54,500     .....     2000 
  1.13       $   54,500     .....     2001 
  1.14     This appropriation is available until June 30, 2001. 
  1.15     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.16     Section 1 is effective July 1, 1999.
