  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to community development; providing a grant 
  1.3             to the city of St. Paul for planning, predesign, and 
  1.4             design of the new Roy Wilkins auditorium and exhibit 
  1.5             hall; appropriating money. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [ROY WILKINS AUDITORIUM AND HALL; 
  1.8   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.9      $1,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.10  year 2002 to the commissioner of trade and economic development 
  1.11  for a grant to the city of St. Paul for the planning, predesign, 
  1.12  and design of the new Roy Wilkins auditorium and exhibit hall.
