relating to natural resources; reauthorizing minimum shoreland standard rules.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The authority to adopt minimum shoreland standard rules required under Laws 2007,
chapter 57, article 1, section 4, subdivision 3, and authorized under Minnesota Statutes,
section 103F.211, is reauthorized and Minnesota Statutes, section 14.125, does not apply
to these rules. The commissioner of natural resources may subsequently amend or repeal
the rules without additional legislative authorization.
